I started training at the age of 19 and, and since then have worked in all kinds of gyms and environments - including; powerlifting, bodybuilding, CrossFit, boutique, luxury, and traditional spit-and-sawdust gyms. This diverse experience has shaped my well-rounded, holistic approach to personal training. With more than 15,000 hours of one-on-one training under my belt, I am now considered a veteran in the industry.
Throughout all those hours, my ethos has remained constant: “get people the results they want, in the most healthy way.” I have thrived in this ever-changing industry by adhering to this philosophy. I stay relevant and up-to-date with the science, which often seems to change due to trends and quick-fix products. A significant part of my job is to counteract these fads with solid, healthy messages that, when applied consistently, will help people achieve their goals.
